All changes and cancellations must be made in writing either through mail, fax (Attn: Amy Busch), or email.
The $200 fee charged to each student includes tuition, food and transportation throughout the course. If registering prior to payment due date, you may choose to pay the entire balance or a 50% deposit to hold your space. The deposit is applied to the total trip fee. If you are registering after the payment due date, the entire balance is due upon registration. The payment due date is Monday, May 29. We will inform you if you have been placed on the waiting list.
A refund is available if canceling up to 15 business days prior to the course start date. A refund, minus $50 administrative fee, is available if canceling up to 15 business days prior to the course start date. There is no refund for cancellation within the 15 business days prior to start of the course or after the course begins.

Conditions of Enrollment:
I agree to pay 50% of the tuition with my registration and the balance of the tuition 15 business days prior to the start of the course or I may lose my spot on the trip. I understand and agree that, in accordance with Wallowa Resources' policy, no refund will be made for my withdrawal except in case of server illness, at which time any refund will be pro-rated on elapsed program time as of my departure. I give Wallowa Resources permission for reasonable and proper use of any photograph taken of me or any written statement made by me during this program. I will be expected to maintain the high standards which have been established by Wallowa Resources. These include sharing equally in group responsibilities, not using alcohol, illegal drugs or tobacco or marijuana in any form and maintaining an academic quality in my work commensurate with my abilities. If I fail to maintain these standards I understand I will be dismissed and all paid tuition fees will be forfeited.
